Self Portrait

This was a full-body illustration I did for a class assignment!
We rendered in greyscale to learn the importance of contrast and values. Secondly, we needed to have a 2-point perspective background and the last criteria of the assignment was to study the style of an artist we liked! (I chose Mika Pikazo)

For my take, I photobashed my chosen picture of myself onto another picture with a 2-point perspective. I ended up referencing the picture's background but i wanted further depth and framing for my illustration, so I tweaked the background to get what you see in the final product! I learnt so much from this assignment from anatomy, perspective and picking up from an artist's art style!! <3
